I liked it, like I'm legitimately surprised with how much I enjoyed it. It's not amazing by any means but I expected a 4 and got a 7. The relationship between Eddie and venom was probably the best part

For me, the movie can't decide what it wants to be. Action, comedy, slasher, bright as a Disney movie or dark like the DCEU... well, I think you get the idea from here. Also narmy as hell

Seems abysmal, but I'm still interested to see.

The trailers were already there as a warning. This is just on par for what we should have expected when the concept came out.

Has anyone seen it? Is it good? Critics are saying it's a bad movie. I'm hoping that they're wrong.

watch A Star Is Born instead

User reviews for this are substantially better than critic reviews so far. I have a feeling this is yet another case of movie critics showing that they are pompous idiots who can't tell a good movie from a bad movie.

I don't watch very many movies or TV (almost none, in fact). One thing I've never understood is why movie ratings are always so low compared to game ratings. I get that a thumbs up versus thumbs down system leads to ratings swaying towards one of the extremes, but man, what's it take for a movie to get a thumbs up?

Tea wbk!!

Is anyone really surprised about this?

It's yet another live-action superhero film for starters. This time the cartoonishly bad villain is also the protagonist. Seams like a recipe for on-screen-diarrhea to me.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Oh dear, that's not a good sign. My brothers and I are seeing it tomorrow.
