I just realize that the last march Direct was also 35 min long, and in that one we had tons of new games plus their focus on the Splatoon expansion and Mario tennis. This one has no focus that we know of, so maybe we will see even more games.

Nice, I cant wait even I was burned buy this delay and my hype is now smaller.

My best guess is they focus on the online service this time. And some more Smash and Pokémon.

Edit: Oh, and Super Mario Party, of course. I keep forgetting this exists.

Maybe tomorrow we'll see the new Retro Studios game. There were so many rumors before E3 that it became weird not to see him in it. Tomorrow would be a good opportunity.

I do not know how big or important is the announcement of Civilization VI but I hope that Nintendo has reserved some more surprise regarding the third party. I have a personal theory that they are co-developing Metroid Prime 4 with Bandai-Namco.  They keep posting prime rib on their Twitter account. They've been completely silent for quite a while on their next game.  They and Metroid were both a no-show at E3.  This isn't that far fetched when you consider they had three studios working on Other M, a title I doubt is ambitious as this game will be.  I also think the hype for this would go through the roof if true, and Nintendo would hold on to that piece of the puzzle for quite a while.
