Wow, congrats. Breath of the Wild is amazing and has deserved the sales.

Nice hold for Crash on Switch, week 2 sales are almost 50% of week 1, and over 200k total in 9 days.

According to VGC anyway, pretty sure in actual sales BOTW Switch passed Ocarina 64 some time ago; as of the end of June Nintendo had it at 9.3m shipped + digital; naturally some of those are copies still on shelves, but it was almost certainly well ahead in sellthrough.
Bristow9091 said: Mario Tennis still doing good numbers in its third week, and God of War in the top five... also I'm only just realising that Fallout 4 has sold over 8m copies on PS4 (Most likely over 10m+ with digital), that's pretty crazy lol. |
Indeed. I wasn't paying attention to it at all and was caught off-guard by it's sales ( thanks to your post ). Looks like my boycott of Bethesda developed games isn't working as well as I'd have hoped.

The fact that it did that without bundles and in just over a year, i can see Botw selling passed 14 millions lifetime.
