Complaint go a long way before defamation, and I'm pretty sure you know the difference. Also stating that these companies have an agenda that they already confessed in senate hearing can't be determined as defamation since it's truth.

Strangely enough the behavior of Facebook was questioned also by Brazilian government due to they sticking with a single side of the spectrum to give mass banning. So if we want to use law suits as any metrics, there you go.

Just got another defense for my "defamation" against Facebook, they have named their offices with left wing personalities of Brazil (besides the director having worked for President Dilma from the left wing party that ruled the country for 13 years).

Complaining can lead to Defamation. Any company, organization or individual is more than in their rights to take your complaint through the legal process in most free countries.

Just like there is nothing wrong with being right wing.

They are simply two sides of a coin, two perspectives, both need to come to the center to outlay their arguments... And the majority (Who are in the center) will go with whoever offers the most compelling argument.

The left and the right also keep each other in balance, so we don't go down a dangerous path, because both extremes are as crazy as each other.

Still not sure why you keep trying to drive the point of complain to defamation.

And sure there isn't anything bad about being left or right, but there is on being it and pretending to be neutral and to obey your TOS when you aren't.

1). "Pizzagate" is the conspiracy that Hillary Clinton was running a pedophile organization from the back of a pizza shop in DC.  It has nothing to do with actual pedophile rings in England and The Netherland.  I also cannot find any connection to Alex Jones saving the children from those European sex rings.

2). "Chemtrails" is a conspiracy theory that attempts to explain the phenomenon known as "contrails" (which is short for "condensation trail").  Given certain atmospheric conditions, aircraft can leave behind trails of water vapor or clouds. The conspiracy states that the contrails are actually chemicals the US government sprays into the atmosphere to control the population.

3). "Gay frogs".  This is a theory that states that pesticides and other chemicals are turning certain species of frog populations gay.  The truth is that many species of amphibians can spontaneously change their sex if their populations are too unbalanced to enable species propagation. They do this with basically a chemical sex change.  The herbicide atrazine is suspected of mimicking the function of that frog chemical and therefore also creating the sex changes.  Only a couple of studies were able to replicate the results and they required exposure doses 10 times the level of the herbicide (30 ng/L rather than 3 ng/L) which means it's exceptionally unlikely to happen outside of lab environments.

4). "Snake oil" is an old phrase used in the US.  It became popular during the "old west" days (1800s) when devious salesmen would sell "miracle drugs" from town to town to unsuspecting townsfolk.  Of course, they were always fake.  Real snake oil has been used in eastern medicine for centuries and the swindlers were calling their miracle cures "snake oil" yet they contained none at all and cured nothing at all.  The modern take on the phrase are sites like InfoWars (and countless others) that have lots of side bar advertising for "miracle cures" ...which have no medically documented health benefits and often don't even contain what they claim to.  They are just trying to rip you off like the snake oil salesmen of the old west.

5). InfoWars has a reputation for having an exceptionally low ratio of truth to ...bullshit.  And even when they do come close to the truth, they still often find a way of adding in something completely untrue simply because it plays better to their base than the untainted news.

That's a contract.  I told you that in that thread.  It is an agreement between the city and the developer/owner to use that private space for public use.  That is NOT you saying, "This store is public now and I will use it as such." Nor is it the city stating you must use your private land/building as public space AFTER the fact and without any contractual agreement. 

Using a speech about Nazi invading towns to defend someone who time after time helped populate disgusting and dangerous conspiracy theories, even going so far as to help people harass grieving parents - is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen anyone do.

I am horrified, disturbed, and down right willing to vomit up my dinner to see something so pathetic right now.
