I think it will have legs and it is going to sell even after 2019 main game is released. The target public is not the same of core pokemon players. Also, I think pogo will advertise itiin game with a game mechanic. Majority of pogo players dontd even know the existence of let's go currently. 
Id say
3 million fw, 7 million 2018, 20 lifetime, if a let's go togepi/pichu don't appear in 3 years

It's launching during black friday if i'm not mistaken, so clearly it will reach high levels everywhere. I think it will do around 3,5 million first week

I think 10 mil will be the minimum but after that it is hard to tell.

As many have stated, the next mainline game lands next year and could stop lets go in its tracks. Lets Go is a remake of yellow, so I can see it selling very well while people wait for the next one. After that though, it depends on how many casuals pick it up.  I mean that is clearly the reason they included Pokemon GO mechanics in the game, so who knows.
