I can't believe this is happening. E3 is about to begin, that's so exciting!

It's good to start slow with possibly the worst conference (EA's), because when it starts I'm hyped anyway. xD

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

EA's conferences feel like reruns. It's the same boring show every time with too much talk about this year's "revolutionary" sports games. They often have the potential and the content to make an interesting show, but never manage to nail it. EA is highly investor-driven and investors just don't get it.

Soon EA has had the Star Wars license for 6 years and all we've gotten are 2 flawed and very similar Battlefront games.
I hope to see something interesting.

Bioware: Knights of the Old Republic (wishful thinking)
Criterion: Podracer / Tie Fighter / Rogue Squadron (wishful thinking)
EA Vancouver: Jedi Knight / new SW IP (we know they're working on Visceral's Star Wars game)
Respawn: Jedi Knight / new SW IP (we know they're working on a third person Star Wars game)
Petroglyph: Empire at War (wishful thinking)

EA sports bonanza, another games-as-a-service-generic-repeatable-mission-co-op-grindfest-wanna-be Destiny/The Division-we-in-Bioware-piss-on-our-RPG-heritage and lastly an SJW Battelfield. No thanks.

Bioware: Knights of the Old Republic (wishful thinking) Anthem, EA's reply to Destiny and The Division
Criterion: Podracer / Tie Fighter / Rogue Squadron (wishful thinking) - making DLC for Anthem

Respawn: Jedi Knight / new SW IP (we know they're working on a third person Star Wars game) - making DLC for Anthem
Petroglyph: Empire at War (wishful thinking) - making DLC for Anthem
DICE Stockholm: - Battelfield 5

Fixed.

Knowing EA, you're probably right.

2016 was bad, 2017 was the worst E3 presentation I've ever seen.

So this year... Well it's got to be better, I'm actually excited for them to show one of their star wars games.

Just looking to get more info about Anthem, it looks like it could have potential and a big info dump at E3 would be great.
