It's because you say you want to make I so that playing it makes you feel disturbed. That makes its sounds like you're playing the sex trafficker and committing the obscene acts.

Well, it could be like that too, but I wasn't referring to child porn (unless you mean that it would still be illegal even without that).

You mean as the main protaganist being a gay male? there most be some games out there like that.
I mean LBQT is like ~10% of the entire population of the planet right? not sure how many % gays represent but there must be some games out there for them

I'd make an WRPG with shooter elements. Something better than Mass Effect and Fallout. With more depth and myriad of customization. Most likely decent DLCs to expand the story and content even further and no microtransactions in any way or form.
