I was going to say something about an FFVIII remake but I was beaten to it so probably a sequel or spin off to that game. Or an expansion for FFXI.

For an original game, I'd probably want to make something for a long dead console like the Mega Drive, I'd want to make an RPG since that genre was a little underrepresented on the console compared to the SNES.
