2019 is Playstation‘s 25th anniversary. I still think it’s highly possible. Especially since rumours have been out for quite some time already, that developer systems are out already.

we're well into 2018 and the PS5 at most will launch in 2021. also for the most part consoles stop selling that many units at around announcements for next gen. which are usually 8 months 1 year previous to the release.
