If God of War ends up good, it’ll sell really well; but idt it’ll sell even close to SMO, which sold an ungodly amount in just a few months.
Mario life time will sell more easily. I don't even feel this is a question or competition

Is way more likely that Mario Odyssey will outsell God of War 1, 2, 3 and 4 COMBINED.
The first 3 God of War sold 14 million units, assuming GOW4 sells 10 million, and that's very optimist, Mario Odyssey can still do it.
