Forums - Microsoft - List of unannounced Xbox games leak *spoilers*

Fable 3 was a major disappointment IMO.

Fable 3 was actually a solid title.
But it felt incomplete... You started to get in the groove of things, days are going past at a regular rate... Then you reach a point where you jump towards the end of the day count and the game ends. Like wtf.

No warning, nothing.
They should have thrown some DLC at the problem.

Id expect Age Of Empires to be locked to the Windows Store. It would boost the library Reputation by a fair margin with Horizon 3 and Gears 4 being Win Store exclusive. Having a well know RTS game locked in is actually a smart buisness decision especially against there main competitor Apple. I don't mind buying MS games on the Win Store. Aslong as i keep my 3rd party games on Steam. I am happy.

Rumours of a Halo Reach type game (Halo Harvest) with a Halo 6 beta

Where did you hear that at? Can't find it in the ResetEra thread.

I watched the video and it just seemed like wishlist rather than a rumor. I really hope it happens, and it would make sense of the two Halo games in development.

I agree. Reach is by far my favourite Halo game. If they can bring the dark grittyness back with a Halo Harvest game and a Halo 6 Beta that would be a megaton at E3.

Wishful thinking. Lets hope so.

Update: Looks like something might be happening on Banjo's 20th year anniversary

Couldn't care less about Banjo (Conker is better, come at me bros), but hearing from a trusted developer source that MS has their checkbook out and is actively looking to buy exclusives, both small and large, is good to hear. It's going to take them a few years to build up their 1st party to a decent size, if they are even trying to build it up like they say they are, in the meantime they're going to need to buy some 3rd party exclusives to help fill in the gaps in their release schedule.

Yeah, I was gonna post something along the lines of this as well. Even if Phil Spencer were to go ahead and make let's say 5 entirely new first party studios this week, it would still most likely be at least 2 years before we would even see a release from any of them, or depending on the size of the games who knows.

Their best bet at the moment imo is to just continue doing what they've been doing with the Xbox One by funding and partnering with other developers to make exclusives for them while simultaneously readying up and making new first party studios so by the time maybe the next generation starts whenever that may be those studio's games will be ready and they hopefully shouldn't have an exclusive or first party problem again.

Things are looking pretty good if that turns out to be true. I want more Halo games so I'm happy with that list.
