The next step is more games letting you turn off the FPS lock on console like Hogwarts Legacy does so they run at a really high FPS on future consoles out the box.
After seeing DF championing FSR3 as good tech and console Ray Tracing is worth the cost I can no longer put any weight on what they think is the future.
