Something else I notice is that the camera isn't as good in GT Sport. It doesn't bump up and down with road surface changes like Forza's does, makes it feel less real.
This is something I've thought about as well. I don't know why PD doesn't implement an optional bumpy camera. It'd also improve the sense of speed.
I guess, we just gotta have a lot of patience when it comes to PD The engine sounds have finally been improved tremendously.
Well that's a first, seeing someone promote shaky cam. I hated the effect in NFS Shift. I don't see the world bounce up and down when I'm driving, yet in car views still don't compensate for how your brain interprets the outside or the inertia of your body and head.
And well kite cam, I'm sorry, that's not racing, you might as well play mario kart :)
A lot of that forza 7 footage is from e3 and gameplay sections in the summer months, when the game is not done. Also, GT sport isn't done either. Honestly forza 7 looks better than this, and even GT will look a bit better than what's shown.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

I see no point in getting nauseated with shaky cam as well... but how harsh of you not wanting people to play kitecam, just because you are a top ranker in DC.

Perhaps racing games should add drone cam for 2 player co-op. One has to drive, the other fly the drone to keep the car in view.
Best team wins the race. Should work in rally games as well, much more interesting than the co-op mode in dirt-rally, plus it's on the same screen, no split-screen needed, no extra render costs. You could even try to knock opposing teams drones out of the way. Double the fun!
As for me, I like the sense of speed. Kite cam kills that, no bumps or shakes can fix that. I actually prefer bumper cam, close to the road, feels the fastest :)

I used to feel bad when using bumper cam... but yes kite cam looks like slow motion, I also don't like when the sense of speed seems fake (like the forced blurs).
And you were joking when you said about using 2 players like that right?

Must be PS4 Pro version GT vs. Xbox 1 version FM 7. I have pc FM7 demo and it looks way better than that. And in 4k . Garbage video comparison. Tons of that crap on you tube.

We already had this. It doesn't look better on X1X in 4K and this is max detail PC footage. Read the whole thread.

Doesn't think that is the objective.

Sadly i am playing this on my XB1S and it looks better than this Max Setting PC version. How bad is the PC version optimised?
