We all know that the Switch is ahead of what the 3DS was doing in 2011 at $250.
But did you know that the Switch is also ahead of the 3DS in 2012 when it was $170?
EDIT: Turns out, the Switch is ahead of the 3DS no matter which year you look at.

Do you guys think the Switch can stay ahead, or will the stock problems prevent it from winning?
Side note: Adding up all the months in the YoY comparison tool gives 13.28 million for the 3DS, even though the 2012 yearly chart says 14.11 million. Does anyone know what's up with that?
Side note edit: This is the case for every single year.
