Oddly enough the mouse functionality is slowly growing on me lol.

I wouldn't mind trying something like Metroid Prime 4 using the mouse controls for a bit. I do wonder how much support it'll get down the line, or how it may impact the design decisions of the Switch 2 Lite.

I wonder what the mouse function means for Splatoon 4. If a mouse option is available I can definitely see alot of people using it .

Yeah mouse mode has the potential to be a game changer for some games.

Stuff like Pikmin 5 or the Next Fire Emblem for instance could benefit enormously.

I hope they will support to just hook up a normal mouse. It's nice that the joycon have mouse functionality, that way everybody has it and devs can support it. But I played Metroid Prime 4 at the Switch 2 event and it wasn't really comfortable. I can't see myself playing longer sessions with a joycon as a mouse. I would prefer to just connect my bluetooth mouse for things like Civ 7 or something.

That mouse function will be great for FPS, strategy and simulation (Civilization) games.

I want to test it on Metroid Prime 4 and Cyberpunk.

Nintendo charged my credit card for my Switch 2 order today and the e-mail says that shipment preparation will begin "shortly". Yai, I guess. =P

Only three weeks left. Fun fact: the Switch 2 is the first Nintendo console since the N64 that I will get on launch day.
