So, on Switch 2 current gen Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, and now Tomb Raider have all returned.
Not a bad start.

There's a really weird combo going recently while juggling the coziest almost stress free experience of Yoshi's latest venture against the more hardcore indie Mina the Hollower.

Both really addicting in their own right, but gosh Mina really is becoming low key my GOTY !

I usually do that too. One game for when i want to be engaged and challenged and another to mellow out.

Inwas juggling yoshi with fftactics but i think i may just drop the latter. It appears i already fucked myself over by not building my team correctly since there is lots of shit the game just doesnt tell you.

Well that's a welcome surprise! One week sooner than I was expecting. Very eager to get a release date and some extra details on the OoT Remake... not too interested in seeing the game though. I'd rather keep my eye closed until the game is booting up on my Switch 2 system: I want that shock, awe, and surprise of seeing the game for the first time when I'm actually playing it.

Looking forward to the Direct and new game announcements!

On a related note, I just wanna say how pleased I am with Switch 2 third party support. I'm positively swamped in games I wanna play. Resident Evil 9, Hogwarts Legacy, Pragmata, Call of Duty, Tomb Raider, 007, Cyberpunk, Hades II, Final Fantasy VII, Indiana Jones...

Between the pretty great third party support and Nintendo's constant releases, I just don't know where to start lol. I bought Xenoblade X but still didn't open it (something I almost never do) because I know I'll need that time to play some of the other games. If third party support actually improves further (which I suspect it just might), the Switch 2 could become the console with the best library of all time. After all, nobody can match Nintendo's first party output.

I mean... I don't think we need a "leaker" to point out what is obvious. Lol! From everything I've heard, though, it does seem like Ubisoft is already committed to a future for Rayman, having created an entirely new engine designed specifically for the game (seen in Legends Retold).

But that all being said: I'll consider picking this up at launch. I'd hold off for a discount if it weren't for the bundled in Rayman Origins Enhanced, which from what I can tell is a launch/pre-order exclusive bonus. Happy to support Ubi though if it means more fun 2D platformers!

Pre-order bonus is just a couple of costumes. I believe it will still include origins enhanced post-launch.
