Do you think we sony's big holiday title is an already anounced game? God of War, Detroit, maybe FF vii remake part one...or could it be a game that we still didn't know, and sony will anounce it at e3? With microsofts scorpio and nintendos switch sony for sure has to pull out a big game (i know there wouldn't be only one, but normally there is always one game that steals the show). But what game could fit this role?

i would think that sony will still anounce the big holiday 2017 title at e3...

God of War
Days Gone

My money is on God of War.

I think it will be GT Sport and Detroit

I think God of War will be March-May 2018

Dreams?
Gran Turismo Sport?
God of War?
Spiderman?

Really hard to say. I think one thing is for sure though. We won't be seeing any drought on PS4 at any point for a very long time, and the holidays without a major exclusive are over for a while as well.

-Uncharted Lost Legacy, seriously why do people keep forgetting this? It's going to be one of the biggest exclusives in the holidays.

GoW coming out in the month of march has become a tradition. I could be wrong but I fully expect GoW and Detroit to come out in Q1 2018 the same way both studios released their flagship titles in Q1 2010. Spiderman and Days Gone seem too far off, should be their Fall/Winter big game of 2018. Otherwise what's left for that time slot? I expect Days Gone to receive the same care and attention as Horizon, it's probably gonna be huge and story heavy. They'll focus on it once the other games are out the door.  Spiderman spring/summer, Days Gone late fall.

A good Spider-Man game + the upcoming movie would sell an insane amount of PS4 consoles. Other than that Gran Turismo Sport will be released this holiday for sure.

I would have said the same, though Insomniac certainly aren't ruling out Spiderman releasing earlier than 2018.

 

The voice actor of Kratos also has "God of War (2017)" in his Twitter bio, which certainly isn't conformation either, but it's interesting.

They have lots of big games in development: Spiderman, God of War, Detroit, Dreams, Days Gone, GT Sport... And they still have unannounced projects (and FF7R, Shenmue, Dragon Quest 11, Ni no Kuni 2...).

At least a part of these games will release in 2017, the others should be 2018, so Sony have quite a bit of choice here... We'll know more at E3, and we'll have more than enough games to play until then ^^.
