I am interested in that second pack that includes a new story, but unfortunately it seems you can't buy it individually, so if I decide to buy it, I will end up purchasing the brilliant ideas you mentioned as well It sucks, hard.

Yeah...

The next Zelda game will even cost $100, because it will be sold with another random bombing game like Metroid Prime Federation Force 2, and you won't be able to buy Zelda individually. I'm sure they have a lot of other great ideas like that!

I highly doubt that, unless gaming costs all rise to that point.

Actually the worse if you are curious is Asura's Wrath, it had true ending hidden by a paywall dlc. Also harder difficulty behind DLC don't think Nintendo was first at that either.

Infact I believe Nauthy Dog did it. Didn't you defend naughty dog? In that DLC thread for Naughty Dog?

awesome! Hopefully the DLC is as big and good as Blood and Wine or Dying Light: The following.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

Meh...Ill just play the regular game and maybe buy the GOTY Edition with all the content in a few years.

The things that an unexpected chain of events can lead to. The person who loves to call out Nintendo fans for going back on their words gets exposed for not being any better himself.

Hey, I have nothing against people opinion changing (For example I went from being Japanese gamer/western hater in the sixth generation, to loving all games in the 7th, besides Resident Evil 5...nothing can make me like Chris), but it is the tone they approach things what I find things to call out a bias for or against something, and from that it could be clarified and I could leave it alone

The Switch T-shirt is a silly bonus. When you paid for both of the Mario Kart DLC packs in advance, you got eight additional colors for Yoshi or Shy Guy (don't remember which one), but nobody thought of that as the thing they paid for.

Yep, it's silly, so I don't really care a lot about that. It just strikes me as unnecessary and not-fitting on the Zelda world. Tbh, the two features which bother me the most, are not deal-breaking. I don't think I'll ever use them. I'm kind of interested on what that map feature is to be sold separately. We don't really know a lot about the game, so I'll wait to give a final opinion about what's included. I was also skeptical about HW and MK8 DLCs and those were pretty good deals in the end.

Plus the game has gone gold so it isn't like they are releasing an incomplete game on launch, I believe. Why would they release a game like this as incomplete in its standard form? DLC is meant to be added content, not content to complete the current product. So far, I don't think Nintendo has strayed away from that. Not saying they won't ever, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt due to my experience with their DLC with Smash, Mario Kart, and Hyrule Warriors.

>another cave of trial
>Hard mode difficulty setting
>new side quest/ dungeon

The details talk about a new story with new dungeons, no reason to believe that's few content until we see it.

Of course, that's usually what happens when we don't know enough about something.

Why are people mad that they get to play an additional Zelda story during the holiday?

It finally looks like this will be the most interesting holiday since 2013, at least for me.

$20, that's one hour of work guys...

I highly doubt most people make $20 USD an hour.
