Cleary this thread is one sided if there's no "No" option.
Just for that, I'm going to say "No".
What is this thread? There is no "No, it won't be a success" choice in the poll, please add it.
Yes, it will, but people on gaming forums won't recognize it as a success, because it won't outsell the PS4. For the same reason the PSP keeps getting called a Flop. It didn't outsell the DS so for many people it must have failed.

But this time it's easy because you can compare it within the same brand. It will be a fail if it doesn't sell as many units as Wii U and 3DS combined.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
I think it will, the console is great, the marketing is great, the games so far look great. Even if it doesn't sell that well, Nintendo will just release the next Pokémon and Animal Crossing and then they'll sell tons. Also, I think bundles in the future will help a lot too.

How do you define success? If it means selling at least 50% more units than Wii-U, I would say no.
Too early to tell. Need to see games lineup for 2018 and how it manages through first holiday this year and pricing structure.

It will definitely be at least a moderate succes, and if everything goes well, it should be able to sell as much as (or more than) the 3DS.
