This seems to be the standard consensus range. I'd agree with this. 

To go higher I need to see something actually *new* that is a game changer, you don't get to say 100 million by basically just utilizing old ideas unless you are Sony and you have 110% support from developers. 

Nintendo franchises alone don't get you to 100 million neither does HD Rumble and Ice cubes doesn't cut it.

If it true is a combination of home and handheld consoles then 40-50 million, if it's just a home console which can be portable than it wont reach 20 million.
