I love both the hobbit triology, the Lord of the rings saga and game of thrones. I also love Marvel so it's safe to say that I don't give a damn about it.
Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

I do tend to notice when I'm playing game with nothing but burly white dudes. And I don't know if I can criticise for that, but it definitely bores me. And an element of a game (even such as character design or writing) boring you is definitely something you can complain about, so in that regard, yes I suppose one can be critical of it.

So basically they're slowly mixing whites with non-whites? Ok. I'm fine with that.
As long as it isn't "HEY, WE'RE ADDING NEW RACES AND GENDERS!", then I'm ok with it. |
They're mixing whites with non-whites and replacing whites with non-whites.
No, it's up to the writers and producers who they cast not SJW's.
No. Any historical movie would be ruined if they force to add diversity into it. The last Zhang Yimou's (one of the best foreign movie directors) movie was ruined because they decided to use matt damon as the main cast. Diversity for the sake of diversity is just pointless.
The day I make a game is the day a lot of people get triggered, and I won't care because almost all of them wouldn't have bought or wanted to play the game even if it didn't trigger them anyway.
And I wont care what so ever what the games media score it because they're all reundant clickbaiting scumbags.

I really don't understand not playing a perfectly good game because the lead is a woman. Like does it really matter? What would you say to someone who says "well that game looks great, and I want to play it, but the main character is over 6 foot 2, and as a 5 foot 5 person I just can't relate to that person and won't play it"? I bet you'd say they're an idiot. |
Because it breaks the immersion for me. I am a male and have no desire to identify as a female in anything, including gaming. I have tried other good games with female leads, but never complete them because I lose interest due to lack of immersion. It is personal preference, and denying that is a major reason why SJW sound so damn retarded.
In their mind, if you do not see things their way you are a bigot/sexist/religious extremist. I do not see it this way. I will not give my money to Horizon or TLoU2 because I know I will not enjoy the game because of their design choice, but I do not fault them for it. Nor do I fault a female gamer who would pass on Uncharted but play every Tomb Raider game ever to be released.
That is the difference.

The why should you pass on games that may very well be amazing? Neither Horizon or TLOU2 have a female lead because of "sjw", they are originally designed that way. |
You are right, they do not seem to cater to SJW, however that does not solve my issue. My issue is that I cannot immerse myself in a game where I portray a female. As I said above, tried it many times and it always bores me.
It is all personal preference my friend. I do not bash the devs for portrayal of their vision for a game. However they will not get my money either as I will not spend it on something I know I will not like, regardless of what the general population thinks of the games.

We think the exact opposite way on that one. I would rather be looking at a female ass on a third person game than a male ass the whole time myself.
Of course it could be a valid criticism! But that doesn't mean we have to go overboard in the other direction as well, but we need to acknowledge that people come in all kinds of shape, sizes, colors, genders and sexual orientation, and why shouldn't movies and games portrait that?
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

To each their own. When I want to look at a female ass, I just go to pornhub, but thats just me. 😜
