It's more to do with Halo performing badly then Uncharted exceeding expectations.

The real question is, has it managed to outsell the real Halo-killer Splatoon?!
Great achievement for the Uncharted franchise!
The Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection also outsold the Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
The Uncharted franchise is just bigger than the Halo franchise nowadays.

So I'll go by MS numbers and use the last know number of Xbox 1 sold... 10M. Good, now that we can ignore VGC numbers everything is better.

I think Halo 5 will have a higher digital-ratio than Uncharted 4 however so perhaps halo 5 still has higher sales, but by the new year it should be substantially in the lead.
