No wonder it is a crappy VR device, most reviews of more demanding games are not good. If a stunning looking title as DC looks bad in VR I wonder how much potential VR has for Playstation.

Currently the PSVR is beating the others in refresh rate, pixel quality (does not use pens like the other two), ergonomics, games and its more user friendly.

All this for a better price and while running on a Classic PS4 system, not a $1200 PC.

Call it whatever you want, but its currently the best VR option on the market.

Awesome!

So basically he's saying it is significantly overpriced? Kinda making me think twice. Idk why he'd say that. Saying "We plan to make a profit" or "our projection is to make a profit on VR this quarter" sounds much better. Bad choice of words imo.

Any actual numbers?

there are estimated that they will sell 1.6 million units by years end

Fiscal year's end. I think that it is on March.

Cool, they really engineered the hell out of it then. Making a profit on a 400+VR device is a great feat. Congrats.

They can't lie or be deceitful about it due to legal reasons, and right now, Sony has to sing profits as much as possible, because they are just starting to get out of a nearly decade long lossing streak. Plus, profits in theselves are not a bad thing. A ccompany should make some money on the products they sell. What does matter is what happens with those profits. If for example you make billions, and completely halt innovation (google, apple), then that is bad. If you take the profits, and bring down the cost of you current product, research and develope an amazing successor, and continue to dabble in new unproven tech, then profits are a really good thing.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

There is a difference between making profit per hardware and making profit like Apple per hardware. For a machine that needs software, if the company who made the  machine doesn't make money they would cut support.

It has been intriguing, but it's too expressive for my taste so far. A price drop and 10 must have titles to my liking is what I'm waiting for.

I am mainly waiting for a price drop + PC compatibility (Perhaps a resolution bump as well). As nice as Summer Lesson is, this shit is way better:

Cause you can actually have sex instead of leaving it at just a tease. But its not worth the Oculus/Vive prices and it is PC exclusive so... The days the ultimate porn experience be coming but not quite there yet!
