I actually want to see Cena vs Orton. Also who will face Owens now? And will Stroman or Taker face Reigns? Things should be interesting.

We def getting Taker v Reigns.

Stowman will likely fight Zayn or be in Battle Royal.

As for Owens I can only assume Jericho or Balor, remember he was just cleared to return to the ring.

I can definitely see Balor comimg for Owens but if they had Stowman take away Reigns chance as champion to have him just fight Zayn is just meh. I expect Stowman vs Reigns in the next Raw PPV and Taker vs Reigns at Wrestlemania.

So that was the Royal Rumble:
Charlotte vs. Bayley - Great match, as expected from these two, despite the predictable outcome.
Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens - Really great match. These 2 beat the piss out of each other and it was very fun to watch. Was pleasantly surprised to see Owens retain. Now if I had to guess, his opponent will either be Chris, or a returning Finn Balor.
Rich Swann vs. Neville - Solid match. Nothing to complain about here. The right man won, now I'm looking forward to seeing what Neville does as the Cruiserweight champion.
John Cena vs. A.J. Styles - Fantastic in every sense of the word!! Our first Match of the Year candidate from WWE! (Overall, it's the 2nd, Okada/Omega being the first). Cena absolutely deserved that 16th title, and A.J. will be back! This title reign was the first of many for him!
Royal Rumble Match - #1 - #29 was meh. #30 to the Finish sucked. Nice to see Randy win, and I hope Wyatt wins the title at the Elimination Chamber. I'd personally rather not see Cena vs. Orton for the 9000th time. But we'll see.
Overall, 8 out of 10 show for me.

So I have to assume that its gonna be Wyatt vs Harper. It should be a good match but its really heartbreaking for me. End of a era.

Charlotte vs. Bayley - Didn't expect anything big from this but it still was a very solid match. Good way to open the show imo.

Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens - I really enjoyed this one, it was a really good match. Reigns proved again that he doesn't deserve all the hate and all the bumps Owens suffered in the match were good too. Only the Braun Strowman ending kind of sucked a bit because it was another screw job for a world title match in a PPV.

Rich Swann vs. Neville - Good to see Neville winning the belt, he completely deserves it. It was a good match imo, I hope we can look forward to a long reign with Neville. Cruiserweight division should be very interesting now!

John Cena vs. AJ Styles - Amazing match! Styles and Cena had again the match of the night and it's probably a match of the year candidate! Both Cena and Styles looked great in this match and the ending with the 2 AA's was great too! Cena finally wins his well deserved 16th world championship, good job!

Royal Rumble Match - This one is a little bit disappointing for me. Sure, I think Randy Orton was great choice to win this but where were all the surprise entries? It should have been the match where Samoa Joe debuted (just like AJ Styles did last year). Only Tye Dillinger as a surprise entry is very weak imo. I also missed the Cruiserweights, why no TJ Perkins or The Brian Kendrick as entries? Same with the UK superstarts, imagine how awesome it would have been to see Tyler Bate as a surprise entry. Putting the 3 big names (Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker) as the last entries was disappointing too, in the end most people only watched the Royal Rumble to see them. I know they are not the youngest competitors anymore, but lasting only 5 minutes is disappointing for the fans. Roman Reigns as #30 was the ultimate troll move from WWE, I don't know how to feel about this. lol The Kofi Kingston save this year was very underwhelming too, probably the worst one of his memorable rumble saves.

Overall I would rate this PPV with 6.5/10.
With a better rumble match it could have been something like 7-8/10.

Let's be honest which Royal Rumble booking would have been better, the WWE booking or mine? :P
Btw I am going to continue with my booking soon. ^^

What an underwhelming way to debut Samoa Joe... Don't get me wrong, it was awesome to see him helping Triple H by attacking Seth Rollins on Raw but considering he could have been a surprise Royal Rumble entrant where the crowd would go insane (just like AJ Styles last year) is a shame.

Looks like the planned John Cena vs Samoa Joe match at Wrestlemania won't happen anymore now. The other big way for his debut would have been at the Elimination Chamber match where he rips of the chain and attacks Cena to set up a Wrestlemania match (just like Kane did this in his debut with The Undertaker in the first ever Hell in a Cell match with Shawn Michaels where Kane ripped of the cell to attack The Undertaker) but WWE chose the lame way for Samoa Joe's debut.

Joe probably didn't debut at the Rumble to protect him from being thrown out by Reigns or a part-timer.

Kojima has charm.  Makabe ... they should probably stop trying to make him smile.  He looks like he wants to kill the photographer.

I feel bad for whomever has to ask Shibata to do this.
