It does help that Conker could also be played in High Definition as well on the original Xbox. - In my opinion it looks better than a few Xbox 360 launch titles.

Definitely Conker its jaw dropping at times but does show how its easier to impress with cartoon graphics rather than realistic graphics. I don't think its HD though only ED. Certainly looks a lot better than Mario Galaxy games not artistically but technically.

I'm not so sure. Conker definitely has some advantages, like its more sophisticated lighting and greater density of detail, but it runs at 30fps to Mario Galaxy's 60fps.
