Then again, that's an advantage.

 

You don't need as much detail as PS3 game.

Ye well Sony was in a way better position than Nintendo is right now in regards to third party support on launch, Vita did have a horrible library vs the 3ds at first, but it had more third party support than the Wii u.... And if nx is the next console good luck Nintendo

You do realize even the 3DS is going to outsell every Nintendo console ever with the exception of the Wii, right?

Portable is simply Nintendo's comfort zone, consoles haven't been for a long time. 

The console industry has basically devoled into hyper violent, dark action shooters and sports sims and little else. People who play portable games, even mobile games are much more open to colorful style games.

No, the 3ds will not outsell the Ds, and it has been dropping hard in sales year after year despite the release of the new 3ds...... They cannot compete with the mobile space....

Fact is portable has been far friendlier pastures for Nintendo. A portable NX at least should sell 50-60 million units if they handle it correctly. 

A traditional NX console? Would probably finish 4th or 5th out of all the consoles this generation cycle and sell GameCube numbers if they're lucky. The PS4 already has a 40 million unit headstart, even the PS4 Neo will have a headstart, that's even a worse (far worse) position than the GameCube started at. 

If you play basketball and football, but you're 5x better at basketball, there's no shame in simply focusing on basketball, it's probably smart actually.

Home dock is nothing without the handheld. I.e. the handheld is required and has a high data port for connecting (docking). Home console powers on through power button located on handheld part and warns user not to remove. SLI Tegra X2 could pump out XOne level visuals maybe.

 

Please Nintendo, ignore the fuck out of this guy. Put everything in the box, save us money and yourself shipping, and make sure everyone gets the full understanding of what this thing is right out of the box. The lowest common denominator will not want to go through that crap when their iphone can hook up to a television with the use of a ten dollar cord. Terrible idea. Terrible.

That Uncharted Golden Abyss runs at 720x408 while the PS3 games run at 1280x720? That the PS3 is easily more powerful than the Vita? That the Uncharted games on PS3 are all by far graphically superior to Golden Abyss?
