Probably the same people that would be confused by a Wii and Wii U.  Just looking at the pic in op is kind of funny.  The Xbox One S looks huge standing up against a small screen pic that almost looks like it would be a TV.  Just wondering how most would fit that under their TVs in cabinet standing up.

They sold 3.9 million XBO in less than 6 weeks (11/22/2013 - 12/31/2013) to retailers, over 3 million of these sold through to customers according to VGC.

I can't see these numbers in August to September 2016.

Yeah, MS's announcements, are all about their crafty wording.

If I was console gamer I'd buy it just for the looks alone.

It's a very nice looking console. One of the better looking consoles to release. 

I only asked because it was doing good on the overall in amazon so if it was also ranking high (especially number 1) on gamestop it'd definitely be an interesting sign for the xbox one.

I really can't imagine people would shell out for this thinking it was the next years system, although maybe based on if it's being pushed for having 4k visuals... in the 4k Blu Ray department? Naw I really doubt there can be too many not aware that this is the slim and not the monster specs machine due next year.
