I think its cool if it fits the game especially with romance options which can be fun.

My opinion is the same as my opinion on violence. It was neat and fun at first when "adult" games started to come into their own during the PS1 and PS2 era but now I feel it's played out. For me, the novelty is lost and I find myself gravitating towards games that are more striped down and closer to what they were from gen 1-4.

Anyway, sexual content can be great, but it's pretty easy to screw it up. How well it fits in a game depends on how well it's done.
I am not looking for it in games although Leisure suit Larry did a great job on implementing sex in a game!
Ken sent me!
I don't think sex has been done very well in video games as of now. Heck, I don't think it has been done very well in most media, yet and human kind has been on it for thousands of years.
Let them keep trying, I guess.
My main problem with Sex in video games is that most if it is either extremely sleazy or shoehorned in to fullfill male power fantasies (I know, I know SJW stuff, but male gaze is a concept has has existed well before them).
It doesn't make for good plot or good erotica most of the time and depending on how badly it's done it ranges from unintentionally funny to downright crigeworthy in execution.
I know I found removing the pixelation in the Sims interesting when I was about eleven, but was sorely dissapointed by the results. In many respects I think video games haven't moved much beyond that Sims mechanic. A lot of it is just two sexless plastic looking polygons mashing ankwardly toghether as some kind of 'reward' to be given out. (But then again I feel the same way about the vast majority of porn. Transparently artificial, horribly framed and lit, bad camera work all around and zero impact.)
Video games have had real emotional impact on me before, as have movies and books, but for some reason whenever sex is involved a lot of media seems to shift into this wierd alternate universe of horribly fake and stilted storytelling.
Different Strokes for different folks. Whatever floats your little man in the boat.
1) Do you mind them, do you wish them away?
Depends, if they are optional I never mind them, if they are romantic I don't mind if they are excecuted well and if they fit in the time/game setting I never mind them
2) Does it affect whether you play the game or not?
Yes, it adds to presuing a relationship with another character if its done well (romantic)
3) Do you think they are lame and unnecessary?
Sometimes, yes!
4) Are you indifferent to sexual content?
No, I apriciate it sometimes (witcher, dragon age) and hate it sometimes (fahreinheid)
5) Do they make you laugh?
A lot of times, YES!
6) Or do they get you excited and happy and active?
sometimes

Sex is a huge part of every type of entertainment medium. Music, TV, movies.....why should gaming be any different?
You're asking very general questions that are ultimately irrelevant. I can answer all of them positively and negatively, because my answer is entirely dependant upon how exactly sex is portrayed in any specific game that chooses to do so, just as it would be so dependant in regards to any other medium. Some do it well, some do it poorly, and so the reactions will naturally vary. This is true not just of sex, but pretty much everything else we cover in entertainment as well. Humour, violence, drama, etc, etc.....
It all has a place, but that doesn't change the fact that there will always be wildly different applications of it, ranging from the fantastic, to terrible, and everything in between.
Unfortunately sex is rather tacked on in games and movies, watched 1000s of movies and its always the same. The sex or nudity part feels like ticking boxes when making movies.

1) Do you mind them, do you wish them away?
I don't mind them, whether they are there, not, or cut out.
2) Does it affect whether you play the game or not?
Not at all. It's a pleasurable extra if it's in there.
3) Do you think they are lame and unnecessary?
It depends on the game, but they could look a little lame at times.
4) Are you indifferent to sexual content?
Kind of, yeah, haha.
5) Do they make you laugh?
Sometimes they do, depending on the game, like Akiba's Strip.
6) Or do they get you excited and happy and active?
Mostly mildly pleased/amused at most.
How do you react to them?
When I see sexual content it could be rather amusing, or uncomfortable depending on material. If it's soft and mild, then it's something I enjoy seeing a bit, but if it's more mature, I'm not very good with that, so I just feel uncomfortable...
