I don't mind them, whether they are there, not, or cut out.

Not at all. It's a pleasurable extra if it's in there.

It depends on the game, but they could look a little lame at times.

Kind of, yeah, haha.

Sometimes they do, depending on the game, like Akiba's Strip.
6) Or do they get you excited and happy and active?
Mostly mildly pleased/amused at most.
How do you react to them?
When I see sexual content it could be rather amusing, or uncomfortable depending on material. If it's soft and mild, then it's something I enjoy seeing a bit, but if it's more mature, I'm not very good with that, so I just feel uncomfortable...
