Also their god awful "buy an Xbox 360" response to the problem. Then you see their whole focus on Kinect and apps over games. Never thought I'd see a Playstation controlled NA market this soon but they made all the wrong decisions.

I don't think they were even worldwide. But it's not always online that they screwed themselves over - being more expensive and not releasing a year before the PS4 also led to that.
