Yeah, I'll probably pick it up... loved it the first time. 

All i want to know is if the loading times when entering buildings are gone. If they are, its a buy.

Obviously I played it a lot, but they would need to change quite a bit to make me playing it again from the beginning.
I hope it's more than just the DLCs included in the main game and/or just a graphical update. Like mod support for example and some gameplay additions here and there.

This is basically full price. I picked up Uncharted 4 day 1 from Amazon for £39.99

Sounds like someone made up a date. That's a horrible release date for a remastered version, there's no cover art. Also, the price is horrible - so much that it even makes me want to doubt it's real. Sadly, price is the most plausible part about this.
