Probably.
But I bet you SMT V will be on the NX. |
Well, that would be awesome. Do you have any source from Atlus confirming they're developing for NX?
The game industry has lost touch with what the word 'confirmed' means
Platinums: Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Terminator Salvation, Uncharted 1, inFamous Second Son, Rocket League
Of course Tecmo Koei are developing for NX. The real news would be if they are not.
Hopefully they will continue their diversification of the Warriors franchise and meld it with some new (or old) IPs. I'd fully expect Dragon Quest Warriors to see an NX outing if SQUEENIX plan brining Dragon Quest to NX.

Doesn't seem too much of a stretch though, Nintendo funded Itagaki's last game, they also published the last Ninja Gaiden on the Wii U and are close to Tecmo. Would seem like a natural fit. |
Yeah, they did fund his last game. And look how that worked out for them :P
I doubt Nintendo and Itagaki will be making any deals again any time soon. As for Ninja Gaiden, I doubt they could pull off getting it to be exclusive. Maybe timed exclusive.

But is Valhalla Studios owned by Nintendo or did they work together just for Devil's Third ?

Last I checked, no. They don't own Valhalla. It was a Bayonetta 2 type situation. Unfortunately it turned into a refresher course in the John Romero lessons.

They only worked with Valhalla. As said the game wasn't that great (and sent out to die to at least try to get some money back), so I don't see them working together any time soon.
