Bah this news suckered me into buying the dlc just released today. It's fun though, the leaderboard is already pretty full on the first event. I had hopes for a new location, yet after this news :/

They got great PR for talking to Lionhead employees as they were getting ready to fire their own.

Maybe they can get work on Forza games.

They don't release a GT very often and Driveclub is a different style of racer.

This gen? Wasn't the last one Studio Liverpool back in August 2012?

The last 3 before. Evolution all released Vita games therefore this gen.

As fun on driveclub and evolution studios i know this day will be come. It was obvious. Good thing Sony left them to fix the game and make it the best racing on ps4. So now they going Polyphony studios and making the awesome weather effects drive club has on GT SRPORTS. I will piss if GTS has not the same weather effect :)

Wow, sad. I'm begging to realize that March has turned into studio closing season.

After the holidays, and well before E3.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

It's more about marketing damage.

DriveClub PS+ Edition is golden memo just like 599$, TVTVTV etc.

DC is a great cross between PGR and NFS when that was still a good track racer. What other arcade like track racer is there?

Burnout is gone, Motorstorm gone, PGR is gone, GRID is absent, NFS is bleh. So all we have if FH2 and DC for a bit of arcade racing. Maybe Trackmania turbo can fill the itch, overall it's been a poor showing for racers this gen. At least Dirt Rally is coming to give the lackluster WRC series some competition.

Mario Kart ultimate arcade racer. Fact is there's too many racing games.
