Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time. It's the best SRPG ever made imo. It only got a 67 on Metacritic. Deserves at least a 9 for me XD

Both of those games are critically acclaimed titles with metacritic scores just under 90, and won plenty of GotY awards.
Also since when is 7/10 considered bad? That is a positive review.
OT: I think any badly reviewed game I played as a kid. Wasn't very critical as a kid and could enjoy anything. Now I can't think of any examples, as I usually have either similar or more critical views than the critics. Also I rarely play badly reviewd games.

That's not so bad, I think it deserved more but it's something. I don't remember playing Winback though :(
