My 60 is the same thing, full HD 3D. I only used the 3D a handful of times, but the extra processing power in the TV for the 3D is still useful even if going with a standard 2D image. Worthwhile IMO.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing

48' Samsung 3D Smart. I loved 3D gaming; too bad it's gone now. My laptop is 17', but I rarely game on it.

Damn it, nice! Do you specifically know what TV? Premium segment? I have a 27 inch monitor for PC with native 1080p. I don't believe in 1440p gaming yet (unless you own a GTX Titan X, perhaps). |
I'm thinking "cheap" premium, in the 20.000-25.000SEK area!
1440p gaming works really well on an EVGA 980Ti as well!
Know how you feel about gaming on consoles; I played some FIFA with my dad over christmas but I haven't really spent any huge amount of time on a console game since Uncharted 3 and Gran Turismo 6. Currently playing MGS5 on PC with a 360 controller, works great (and it's the most stable game I ever tried in the 8th gen, constant frame rates without a single dip)!

20K Swedish kronor.... ouch. But not unreasonable.
Oh yeah you lucky bastard had a 980Ti!
But what about games that don't support 1440p? Doesn't it look blurry you play in 1080p with that monitor?
