Nah, is normal to think is gonna be fake. But to think that if is not fake then is gonna be worse than sticker star is too much xD That game had a lot of backlash and a relatively poor reception for critics, I dont think Nintendo would made that mistake again, so if the rumour is confirmed to be real, lets be happy! there is a chance that is very good after all, just remember YTD!

Let's hope that Nintendo has learned from their mistakes with SS, but this response from IS kinda worried me.

If it's a Super Paper Mario styled game? Then yes please. If it's regular PM, then still yes, I suppose. A lot of people seem to want that. But personally, I had the most fun (out of that franchise), with SPM, and would LOVE to see another like it. That platforming/rpg hybrid was really enjoyable.

Worst Mario Tennis? Also opinionated, since the only reason people hate it is the lack of content. The gameplay is the best in the series based off of people who actually bought the game.

 

Your only valid complaints are Metroid, Fire Emblem and Mario Strikers.... If you want Nintendo to make all these games, they would not have time for new IPs*. Which people either tell them to make new IPs or give us a new installation of a certain franchise.... they can't do both constantly all the time.

*If we had Animal Crossing U, we wouldn't have Splatoon.. etc. We are also getting a new Star Fox game, which also hasn't gotten a proper game for a long time that the previous systems didn't get. One system can't have them all.

Don't forget that we also got the best Yoshi game since the SNES and we got Super Mario Maker which is the ultimate homage to every old-school Nintendo fan.

This rumor pops up every few months and it never turns out to be true. I would love a new Paper Mario game though!

If it is, I will be buying my first Nintendo console in 12 years.  But it has to be like the first one or TTYD!!!!!!!!!  My god I don't know if they are trying to run this series into the ground on purpose or what.
