Xbox One yes. If you don't include launch week, the One is already behind the 360.

PS4 no. PS4 is exceeding most expectations. Considering this year is PS4's year in the spotlight for exclusives/marketing deals, I see no reason PS4 would lose momentum.

I haven't checked the numbers and I don't remember them so I could be wrong, but I have a hunch PS3 *might* have had a pretty difficult start. Also, Wii might have had an effect.
