Plus, predicting the Xbone to do well in the US in the holidays wouldn't make the PS4 an underdog when it has double the userbase WW and outsells it year round. Silly question to ask imho.

Well, there's still a price cut left.

Although I am interested in seeing when the NX releases. I predicted 2017, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it does release in 2016.

I saw several people predicting the X1 winning the month but im not in the mood for post hunting!

By far not. Sony and Nintendo have way bigger fanbases here than MS.

Like i said, i wont hunt for posts.

It is easy to judge a month when the month is happening, maybe you are confusing the "Amazon November sales" thread where even Ray Charles could see that the Ps4 would win the month by the charts.

But the huge amount of threads of the months before November, the vast majority of the people thought that Xbox One would win the holidays.

Also, you cant fish without a bait. If you think that what you bolded is bait then you are hungry for controversy.

The mantra around here for a while now has been "PS4 will win throughout the year; XBOne will win the holidays because exclusives and deals". So, PS4 was definitely the underdog. It was expected to lose during the holiday months. I don't see how it's a silly idea. Having a big worldwide lead didn't stop the XBOne from handily beating the PS4 last November. Worldwide sales have nothing to do with talking US sales/NPD numbers. And that's where the "underdog" question relates to. The US. Not worldwide.

I guess "globally in the US" has struck again
