Love how you can see the fog near mountain below and distant mountains which can be explored. And floating islands are always cool.

That's pretty cool, even if not totally unexpected. The sheer scope and level of freedom present is rather intimidating when you think about it but it just makes me all the more intrigued.

I think it was neon genesis evangelion reference. His mech has a similar color scheme as EVA 01.

Would be even better if the main character looked more like Shinji.
