After getting crushed in Kansas City, 7-1 and finding themselves in a 2-0 hole. The Mets strike back in Citi Field by returning the favor to the Royals and cut their series lead in half.
They trail now, 2 games to 1 heading into Game 4 tomorrow night!

The Royals pull off in 8th inning comeback to break the hearts of New York and the Mets and take a 3 games to 1 lead. They're 1 win away from winning the World Series!

They've done it again. And for the last time this season!
The Royals rally back in the 9th to send the game to extra innings. Then they blew it open in extra innings to put the final nail in the coffin for the Mets.

And with that, series over. Season over.

I must admit, I only cheer for KC because of Wade Davis, but it's doubly nice to see New York left assblasted.

Well, I've got nothing against the Mets.
It's the Yankees I can't stand.

It is all over! Too bad my Cards didn't win it, but it is pretty cool to see my wife's favorite team win it all.

Never thought that the Royals will ever win it during my lifetime. I even thought that the Chiefs would have a better chance winning a Super Ball than the Royals winning a world Series.
