Koei-Tecmo is a mid-tier publisher. Rarely do their titles sell in the same league as Square, Capcom or western 3rd parties.

Exclusive deals are an essential part of their business.

Maybe they will do 12 - 15 million there. A respectable number for something deemed a flop in Europe.
