Relax, its just weed.

Still pretty dumb to be taking drugs without a percription.

Marijuana is less harmful than alcohol so I don't see the problem.

There's an odd discrepancy. Let's say I gave you marijuana. A tipical response would be either, "Thanks dude!" or "Sorry, I don't smoke". Now lets say I gave you antibiotics out of the blue. A tipical response would be, "LOL, what the hell, man".

Think about it, how is taking marijuana without a percription any different than taking antibiotics without a percription. And so my logic comes from the fact that, if someone said they were taking a percription drug without a percription, "I would say that's pretty dumb, you probably should have seen a doctor first". Marijuana is the same.

Throw the book at 'em.

Who is Pot Brownings?

Nevermind, but they shouldn't eat him

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

Stone them!

Maybe more cops should eat pot brownies, they'd be less inclined to shoot unarmed civilians.

...I don't think you (or whoever wrote this) understands what you are talking about

Hun?  They were claiming, through the Police Union, that the evidence against them was illegally obtained and they can not be prosecuted.  In California it is illegal to record someone without their consent, they were claiming the evidence of their wrongdoing could not be used because they did not give consent.

The judge rejected their claim. They can be prosecuted.

 Other questions?

Fined and punished like anyone else. But after the initial punishment, nothing with their jobs.

Really?  Why?  Do you think tampering with evidence shouldn't cost a cop their job?
