There's an odd discrepancy. Let's say I gave you marijuana. A tipical response would be either, "Thanks dude!" or "Sorry, I don't smoke". Now lets say I gave you antibiotics out of the blue. A tipical response would be, "LOL, what the hell, man".

Think about it, how is taking marijuana without a percription any different than taking antibiotics without a percription. And so my logic comes from the fact that, if someone said they were taking a percription drug without a percription, "I would say that's pretty dumb, you probably should have seen a doctor first". Marijuana is the same.
