Yeah, I got the idea of your post, I'm just "wutting" at the notion of Splatoon selling 1.5 million in Japan as if that was nothing, that's a ridiculously high goal for a console game in todays japanese market.

I will leave VGChartz soon, but i can one day just for this. I predict Splatoon will sell over 1.5 million in Japan. ( to be honest, even 2 million are possible, but i want be conservate ).

You predict less, so what is your prediction? 1 million? 1.2 million?

Anyway, i bet will sell more than 1.5 million. Nearly 1 million only in 2015 ( around 900k ). Is Splatoon sell more than 1.5 million i won, if sell less you win.

I really don't think it will. FF fanbase is so damn loyal to the games, even if their quality (IMO) has significantly declined post-ps1 era. Based on the recent history of the series, I am way too skeptical of FF15, but it seems people are still holding out and have hope, thus I think it will probably outsell Splatoon.

Still, I'm really surprised with the performance of Splatoon. It's deserved, though. Game is super fun.
