Looks amazing! Can't wait to get my hands on this! Gears 1 was easily my favorite out of all of them and I am super hype to revisit the multiplayer on it!

I played through the first game with a friend during one sitting, one of the best gaming experiences ever.

Once it came out I promise me and my freinds got lost in the multiplayer...it was the game that actually got me into online game with shooters. before that I rearely played shooters outside of Medal of Honor, The orginal Golden Eye and The original Perfect Dark. So Gears 1 is very special for this gamer! And seeing how good it looks now is a plus and I can't wait to see it again.

Now I will admit and this is not a knock I did like the dirty grimey feel the first one gave, this one looks better but I wish they would have held back on the colors just a little bit to give it that grimey feel that Gears one had. Other thant hat it looks AMAZING!

I mean it has totally redone cutscenes, totally new gameplay elements, redone voice acting and music, a total graphics overhaul....and you would consider it on the same level as a game (ie: TLoU:R--basically a port) that just offers a resolution/fps bump?

The Twin Snake isn't a port. The game was remade from the ground up. All the assets in the game were remade and even the voice acting was recorded again, with some lines changed.

I'm not the authority. I'm just some random guy. Still, you gotta give SOME credit to games like

-Halo Anniversary
-Final Fantasy III
-The Twin Snakes
- Resident Evil (Gamecube)
-etc

a little more credit. The devs go waaaaaay above and beyond a simple port that runs better. They offer an upgrade in experience far beyond the original. If TLoU launched for PS3 and PS4 on the same day, it would be like LBP3 or Destiny. Yeah, it runs better but that's expected. If a game like Halo:TMCC launched the same day as Halo 2, you would say, "Holy shit! It's an upgrade in every way!"

It's not something I'd pay again to play and the 360 more monochrome graphics seem to be there for a reason, atmosphere and to just jolly the graphics up with more colours doesn't really work for me anyway.

Also dare I say it but it seems like something possibly made for games for gold perhaps individually included over multiple months.

Low cost price plus included bc versions seems like a low cost bundle that won't cause too much distress when split as a monthly giveaway perhaps 6 months from now.

I really don't want to see every xbox 360 exclusive given a makeover on xbox one. I'd rather they looked at the pc world and perhaps bought over a few PC greats and re-worked them for xbone.

See, people? You don't know shit. You guys were like "Oh, they won't make Gears of War available because it would take away from the sales of the remake!". Don't you guys get tired of being wrong?

VGC bruh, BC was even painted as a bad feature.

Snake has quite a lot of his moves from MGS2 in comparison to the original games, also the cutscenes have been worked over and completely done over the top compared to the original game... there is a point where Grey Fox Bicycle kicks a chunk of roof at Snake as he falls towards the ground, it's very matrix'y

Definately not a port.
