After the temporary Rise Of The Tomb Raider contract ends, where do you see the game going next, if you believe it will go anywhere at all?

Do you think it will go to PS4?

Do you think there are reasons for ROTTR not going PS4 ever at all?

Maybe it goes for PC?

Maybe it goes for both?

Maybe although the contract is temporary you think it won't land anywhere else?

What do you think? Will it see release in other platforms or is it destined for Xbone exclusivity?

PS4 and PC. MS and Sony this gen have always mentioned if games are console exclusives, and they didn't do it for this game.

It'll most likely be on both PC and PS4 as well.

Where's the option for GameGear?

One thing we can take into consideration is that I am sure Square wants to continue the Tomb Raider games and the PS4 userbase has reach a number which is very hard to ignore.

So the question of whether ROTTR will ever release for PS4 after a temp contract would find the above as a point in favor if Square would see trouble releasing another sequel to the TR franchise without giving PS4 gamers the previous game to follow the story. Maybe they may consider the fact that those users may feel left behind in the story and may opt not to play the next one.

But then you have franchise sequels that have landed in platforms without the previous iterations, like Dead Rising 2, Portal 2and The Witcher 3 so who knows if Square will even mind.

But if they do mind, then I guess we will even see a contract for Micro of very short duration and a prompt release for PS4 after some months. Maybe.

This exclusive deal was a Microsoft tragedy meant to counter Uncharted 4, The game will go to PC and PS4 after this holiday.
