No money to be aggresive when it comes to price cut.

Actually they can afford to drop the price with this new model probably, the old model cost Sony 380$ to produce and put into shelfs so the new model should cost 350$ i think

They could, but the real question should be Why? They are already console leader in sales, and every extra dollar they get is nothing but profit. Plus their competition isn't doing anything special until the holiday season. Even then with the right bundle, they would be fine. They might just concede the holiday season to Xbox again and keep profit margins high. Nothing Xbox and MS does will make it so that they are actual competition to PS4 anyway. Right now Sony is living the dream, which is making a profit on every console sold, and console sales are doing just fine. They don't need to do anything drastic like a price drop.

True but they get 15% of every ps4 game sold and playstation plus to make a profit as well, it could make them even more if they can sell more consoles.

The PS4 should also competing more against PC gaming, a 350$ PS4 could be huge bargin for people who are thinking about switching to PC gaming.
