PC will be the future. I'm betting that PS5 ends up as a streaming service and PC will be one of the many platforms that it will be available on. I don't see PC a threat, but rather their next platform.

Hey Listen!
A message to whoever made this thread. We really need to stop this "and" crap. I know Microsoft started it and the rest of the industry bought in to it but I refuse to call any game that is planned for release on more than one platform exclusive. When growing up, an exclusive was just that. It was a game that was released only on one platform. It might have been ported to another platform at a later date, but for all intents and purposes, the game was exclusive to a platform at the time of release. So when Shenmue III comes out or when Street Fighter V comes out, I will not refer to them as being exclusives because they are being released on more than one platform. People can argue with me about this, but there is no argument. Exclusive used to mean exclusive. Exclusive nowadays is a term that is used to make one gaming platform sound better than another.

Shhhh, it's still exclusive. I mean as long as it's not on Xbox it's exclusive, right?..... RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?

How about "console exclusive"? Good enough?

Yes if square wants to revive the console marked in japan then it also have to be nintendo consoles as well |
What? No, Square doesn't have to do anything with Nintendo. When it comes to consoles being revived in Japan, Sony is in the best position to do it. FF7 was a major reason of the Square-Nintendo partnership debacle. Also, I have no idea how you get the feeling that FF7R might come out on NX. There is absolutely no news on this game possibly coming out on a Nintendo console.

Not, because you could also be implying the game is exclusive to a console and not anything else. The way I see it, there's no dancing around the truth. Some of these games that people have been referring to as exclusives are not exclusives in any way at all.

Why on earth would they suddenly release a big budget FF game on the NX? There is literally not a single shred of reasoning to be had for this.
I think it is guaranteed for PS4 (obviously) and X1. PC sounds like a logic platform as well, but I cannot see it on the NX. It hasn't been officially announced, so we don't know the technical capabilities of it, what type of control it will use, etc.
