Kickstarter is supposed to help smaller developers to create their dream project, not for huge publishers to get some free publicity and use the gamers to get some extra cash for their games. Soon you will se EA, Ubisoft and others go the same way and basically drown the smaller publishers on Kickstarter. |
Let's hope not... That's why I'm not getting this game on my PS4. I probably *cough* won't *cough* pirate a PC copy of this game. I really can't support these kinds of practices. It's really sad, too, as I think this project could have broken all kinds of Kickstarter records and released on all sorts of platforms.

If Suzuki decided to put his game up (solo) for kickstarter there's no way in hell they'd reach anywhere near the amount to make a game like Shenmue. So why not; instead pirating, support the damn developers. Also, the publisher.. for after all, they did decide to take up the game; if there is enough damand/interest for it.
People, if you want to play the game just buy it on PC or get a PS4. Don't use it as an excuse for piracy.
