9/10 only because of the Reggie segment. That was embarrassing, especially the way Reggie played adult at the end.

Oh c'mon that guy had it coming. He was being rude the entire show, Reggie just stepped down to his level. I thought that was awesome.

I to give it a 9 out of 10. They did have a bit share of problems of how to show to the internet audience what was actually taking place in some games. I think they can improve on that.

You all have hearts made of stone. The kid was adorable. 10/10.

9/10. It was good fun and a lot of hype. Definitely enjoyed it quite a bit

You didn't even watch most of it! The hype was indeed real though.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Thank you! Much appreciated!

Anyway, I am going to give it a 8.5/10 I'm afraid. The whole Reggie statement being a "fraud", that kid which nearly made me turn of the World Championship altogether, and for me, the disappointing final level for Mario Maker (a half point for this). How John Number cruised through that and Cosmo didn't seems interesting to me; latter being world renowned for his skill at difficult situations in brutal games.

Minus that though, very well done. Splatoon was shown off in a way that grasped me more than even COD Champs., my nostalgia got set into overdrive with Super Metroid, and for the most part, Nintendo Treehouse did deliver on that brutal four course set of Super Mario Maker. Another great showcase was Blast Ball. Mecs. playing soccer with their arm cannons seemed really fun to me; strategic no less.

Ultimately, a great return to the original form of video game competition. I would be very surprised if Nintendo doesn't make this an annual event.

9/10.
It was funnier than expected.

i wasn't able to watch the whole thing, but I would give it at least a 8/10 based on the Mario Maker segment! It was really cool.

Indeed. The amount of customization can easily transform the series and potentially take it to new heights. For the final level in the tournament, as I stated in an earlier post, John Numbers literally cruised through it and Cosmo did not; an oddly for me.

Unfortunately that's true but I did really like what I saw. Luckily I did catch all of Mario Maker, Mario Kart and some of Splatoon and Smash.

It was fun to watch so 7.5/10.
